Graphics card upgrade issue

After upgrading from a 1050ti to rx5600xt all whites are purple. What could be the cause?

Could you provide an image of this

 

and possibly some more information about your motherboard and CPU PSU would also be nice

I cant provide any pictures but most things that would appear as white such as text are now purple. I have had this issue with another gpu which was defective. The psu EVGA 650w and the cpu is a i5 10400

Are you able to try this on your TV or another monitor as this sounds like a cable issue as white is the only colour that has been affected

 

If not reseating the card might help I would also check for a bios update as changing from a Nvidia to an AMD card may need a bios update

Have you changed the drivers?

yes and uninstalled nvidia ones
