Motherboard usb problem?

i everyone,

This is my first post and I hope this community can help me on this problem that is driving me crazy

I build a new pc yesterday and all is fine but my blasterx g6 or crackles or stops working (theres is no sound even if its selected in the sound option. unpluging and plugins just solves for  few seconds (but cracles at the beggining of the sound and stops working again)

 

Some remarks to help you guys figured out the problem

-my motherboard - tuf gaming b550m (wi-fi) - bios - Version 1216 Beta Version -( AMD AM4 AGESA V2 PI 1.1.0.0 Patch C)

- beta bios because i have 5600x dont know if the  Version 1212 AMD AM4 AGESA V2 PI 1.1.0.0 Patch B would work (this isn't beta apparently)

-mice and keyboard work fine

-blasterx g6 works great on my laptop (intel platform with windows 10)

-already tried this https://www.asus.com/support/FAQ/1042220/ but no success

-already disabled my onboard audio in bios too

EDIT-the onboard audio has some random interference too but not as match as the blasterx. i dont know it it helps

Guys, i believe that i solved it - crappy asus audio drivers. unistalled all the audio drivers even realtek an now the sound works fine- on the blasterx and onbord
