Well for video editing you will need plenty of RAM and cores/threads and a nice fast SSD. Maybe an 8 core/16 thread ryzen. 32GB Ram and an NVME SSD.

What resolution do you plan to game at? Pricing GPU's at the moment is hard as they are all out of stock or over priced.

CPU - Ryzen 7 5800x3D |  GPU - RTX 3080 TUF OC | Motherboard - ASUS TUF X570 | RAM - Patriot Viper Blackout 32GB 3200MHz | Case - InWin 805 | Boot Drive - Corsair MP600 PCIe 4.0  Storage - 2 x 1TB SSD's & 1 500GB SSD | PSU - Seasonic Focus Gold 1000w | Display - ASUS TUF VG27WQ Curved 1440P 165Hz | Cooling - ASUS TUF LC240 AIO + 5 aRGB Fans

Well you can just buy a really cheap CPU cooler, and/or not use a case...

the 3060ti is maybe unironically the best value GPU on that part picker. 5700s are overpriced, seemingly as are 2060s

For just 1080p you can always find a cheap used RX 470-580 8GB, or even a 1060 6GB or 1070

Juist use the included Wraith Spire cooler with the 3700x, saves 55 euro right there. use that to get an extra 16gb ram.

3060ti is hard to get, but yes it's the best value at the moment. But for 1080p you could go with a 20 series card, 2060 super would be OK.

I have compiled a list of parts similar to this, but, with a few changes here and there, can you guys give me your opinions about it?

I would either get a 500GB SSD at minimum, or just use a 2TB hard drive and get an SSD later, given how large games are getting 240GB just won't cut it for long IMO.

The 1650 super / RX 5500XT might be the best new cards, but they have roughly the same performance as the 580 or 1060, where the 580 8GB has more VRAM at least if you can find one used/cheap.

Just double check reviews for the power supply mostly.
