Computer is unusable

Hey all so built my pc about a month ago all has been well last night I was playing a few games all good turned it off but when I booted it this morning it didn't want to do anything, it turned on but no display so did all the common things reseated the ram put them in a different slot and it seems to have booted up now but I can't enter the bios even after removing the battery for about 60 seconds? It boots in to windows but the mouse and keyboard is super glitchy any one got any ideas ?

Corsair 3200mhz 32gb ram 

Gigabyte b550 auris pro AC 

Rtx 3070 

l Intel Core i7 4790K @ 4.5Ghz l Asus VII Ranger ROG l MSI GTX 970 @ 1555MHz l
