undervolting your cpu+gpu or running them in "economic" or "power saving" will decrease temps, as they are running with less power, note this will decrease performance.

AMD blackout rig

cpu: ryzen 5 3600 @4.4ghz @1.35v

gpu: rx5700xt 2200mhz

ram: vengeance lpx c15 3200mhz

mobo: gigabyte b550 auros pro

psu: cooler master mwe 650w

case: masterbox mbx520

fans:Noctua industrial 3000rpm x6

OK, Tested it well when I went to game Yes it did go up, but by a uh (2.5ghz and 70fps with 40fps sometimes) is there anyway to improve the ghz with staying in the no heat zone. 2.8-3.0ghz?

EDIT: Fixed it, TYSM I have had this issue ever since I got this laptop for a year trying to trouble shoot it

Wait what exactly did you do to fix it cause I have the same issue. With turbo boost off in throttle stop makes the performance crappy. I have the 10750h with the 1660ti
