Batch Move Files

I recently downloaded all of my data using google takeout, to move it to my private server. Unfortunatley all the images from google photos come in a folder depending on the date, and I'd like to sort them differentley, Is there any way I can batch move these files, from sub directories, to their parent directory? Thx

 

P.S I'm using Windows 10 but I do have access to a linux system
