I need help please!

I have a problème. Since a buy a rtx 3070,when I start my computer the operating system doesn't show up and I just have a black screen. All my usb devine such  as my keyboard, mouse, rgb led and headphone led lit up but i don't see anything on my monitor. Its look live there is no signal, but then i shutdown by pressing power buttons. After I immediatly start my computer and the BIOS screen show up, then i press escape to exit bios and my computer start normaly. 

 

It make me this eatch time I want to start .

 

Sorry for my english i'm from Québec. 

 

i need your solutions pls.

Did you have a different graphics card in this computer before?

 

If you did, does that graphics card still work with this computer?

what cpu? if you have an intel cpu, then they have built in graphics so try plugging the monitor cable to your motherboard (instead of the gpu).

i dont have my older gpu anymore but before its doesn't did that

I know. it is just to test and make sure the new one is not broken

maybe.. idk yet. plug it into the motherboard and see if the computer turns on

the computer turn on but the screen dont show up i dont have signal on hdmi cable plug in mobo, and after i plug my display port on my gpu and my screen detect signal and open normally

if you can go into the bios and reset the settings there. see if that does anything
