Transfering EaseUS Partition Master without internet!

so i build a pc for a friend of my grandfather and when he explained he didnt care for wifi on the motherboard! but my problem is i didnt acount how i will download EaseUS Partition Master on his pc to transfer his OS from hdd to ssd cause my router is not near and i dotn have a long enough ethernatcable(my monitors are hung on walls so cant move them!)

 

Besides is EaseUS Partition Master a good software to transfer a OS or is there a better one?

and does the transferprogramms work when its installed at the origin drive? does it copy the drive or litteraly transfers it?

CPU: Intel I9-9900K Motherboard: Asus ROG Maximus XI CODE RAM: 32 GB Corsair Vengeance PRO 3200MHZ GPU: Asus ROG 2080ti OC Storage: Samsung 970pro 2x1TB, 2Tb HDD Case: Lian Li PC O11 dynamic, Cooling:custom loop incoming, for now 360 rog ryujin!

I'm not aware of EaseUS Partition Master having an offline installer.

 

Macrium Reflect is a lot better in my opinion for backups and there's a free version that works perfectly.
