macOS VMware Workstation install problem AMD

I can't install macOS in VMware Workstation on my AMD Ryzen 3700X. Always freeze at Apple logo. Only works on Intel CPU's or what?

 

I can't even install macOS on external SSD. Because AMD CPU?
