New PC wont post

Hi, this is my first post so please bare with me. I built a new PC and when i turn it on all my fans spin, including the GPU fans,  all my rgb turns on but i don't get a display and the power button doesn't turn the PC off. Also when i power it on the dram led is on and every now and then jumps to the cpu led for a second before coming back to the dram led. I have tried using other ram but that hasn't helped and I have also tried using a single ram dimm in each of the dimm slots but that hasnt had any affect either.

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

CPU Cooler: NZXT Kraken x53

HDD: 4TB Seagate Barracuda

SSD: 1TB Kingston SSD

NVME: 250GB Samsung 970 evo

You probably need a BIOS update

I downloaded the latest bios on a USB and plugged it in the BIOS slot and then tried booting but that did nothing aswell.
