Hanging system HDD issue?

My system has been hanging lately when my storage HDD is accessed. I downloaded Crystal Disk Info so I could look at the smart info, but I'm sure if these values are good or bad. Can someone look at this screenshot and let me know if the drive is failing?

When you say hanging, do you mean it freezes completely and doesn't recover? Because if it's just hanging for a few seconds, that could be considered normal especially if the drive goes to "sleep" due to inactivity. The moment you try to access it, it takes a while to spool back up.

It's intermittent and does it while the drive is in use.
