Im urrently loooking for 3060 ti and ive came across twoo options

gigabyte eagle non oc=2050MYR

colorful battle ax=1899MYR 

Which one should i choose

No one can decide for you. You should choose whichever one you want, provided you have the money, they are actually available in your country, and will fit in your case. I highly doubt there would be more than a few %age points of difference between the two.
