I'm in need of a macro for my raspberry pi 4 that will press 4 bottoms every 10sec with a 2sec delay between keys

{ *2sec pause* num 2 *2sec pause* num 4 *2sec pause* num 6 *10sec pause* *repeat*

Preferred capabilities:

1.) If possible I would like for it be switched on by hotkey, but I can handle executing a line of code to start and stop.
2.) Run without having a console in the foreground.

Useful info:
raspbian buster
2019 raspberry pi 4

air cooled (fan with heatsink)

Edit:
Would also like it for solution to be native (not have to rely on 3rd party application, but I'd still appreciate info on any 3rd party.
Limited experience with Linux, Raspberry Pi, and Raspian Buster.
