Ssd cache?

So I just installed an additional 2tb hdd into my GF system. Already has a ssd boot drive 240gb and a hybrid 1tb drive( yes I know hybrid drives are kind worthless). Currently also an additional 240gb ssd with just games on it. 

 

Thinking of switching the extra ssd to cache the 1tb hybrid and 2tb hdd.

 

Thoughts? and best way to set it up?

Does the SSD has DRAM cache? If so then fine. Else it wouldn't matter much (I mean obviously it will be a bit faster but then again one is better off using it standalone).

i would have to dbl chk the drive but i think its an evo 850 sata
