Stuck in Boot loop

I abruptly turned off mu laptop by long pressing the power button. The next time i started my laptop it went into automatic repair but didn't start. I saw a video which said i need fo run bootrec /rebuildbcd. I did that and pressed Y in it( as it showed one windows installation 1) and it gave me a path error message.

I looked that up and one of the videos told me to run bcdboot c:\windows. I did that and restarted my laptop. Now it is showing me this(image). What do i do now? Please help

Judging by the message you may need to reinstall windows, but use that as a last resort. Im sure some other, more knowledgeable members of this forum will be able to assist, but yeah, you may need to do a reinstall

Uninstalling windows quality update worked for me but now the laptop is literally taking 30 mins to open any anything. Even the startup has increased. I checked task manager and it shows 100% disk usage even though no app is open.
