RTX 2060 and 2070 supers

So ive been reading and searching and doing whatever possible to figure thid out but im still confused.

 

BASICALLY im planing on getting a power supply with 600W and possibly an rtx 2070 or 2060 super. My question is, would 600W be enough to work with or do i have to spend more cash and get a 700W?

You could go for a 650w I have an RTX 2060 super by msi and 650 w is fine. and for a 2070 super 650 is fine but you can still upgrade in the future.
