pc power switch is momentary meaning its on for a second then off.

ya pc use the same switch to turn it on and off (some cases you have to hold it to turn off)

Usually, cables are isolated but you could use shrink tubes (not sure if it is the right translation).

It could work if you move the key and move it right back... Not sure if that is something you would want.
