Bottlenecking?

If im playing on my friends pc, with the same excact gpu (litterally took it and put it into mine) i get 90-100 fps, and on my own i get around 60.

My cpu is ryzen 5 3600 @ 4200mhz

His cpu is i7 7700k @ 4200mhz

Havent checked his % usage on cpu and gpu. But my cpu is at 50-60% while gpu is at 30%

GPU,not CPU.

GPU- Graphics Processing Unit

CPU- Central Processing Unit.

My 3600 CPU seems to be much worse than My friends i7 7700k in cold war. That is My main issue, we noth have ddr4 16gb 3200mhz ram. So just about everything is the same.

The software you have installed is not the same, operating system settings are not the same, and do you use the same settings?
