The camera is probably trying to get a good dynamic range and is thus making the highlights (the glow of the screen included) brighter.

In that case it is very much acceptable. Most cameras actually display extreme backlight bleeding even though you barely notice it, even in dark scenes. It would become an issue if it were clearly visible to the naked eye, and even then I doubt that the manufacturer would really do anything about it. And let's not forget that it isn't an expensive high-end monitor either.

That's the thing !!!

If i request it for replacement they won't accept my request  and send the same thing back !!!

Well, as you have confirmed already you don't notice it unless you take a picture with a camera. In that case it isn't really a flaw. You can take a photo of every backlit panel and none will be free of that. If you don't want it, you need to get an OLED or Plasma (which aren't produced anymore). But since you can't even see it with your own eyes, why even bother? It's like saying "My processor XYZ performs less than 5% below the average in benchmarks!". While you can measure it, you'll never feel the difference. You wouldn't be able to return a laptop because it performs worse in some benchmark compared to what is "average" because it isn't a flaw.

Absolutely bro !!!

Being a novice i get tensed with every kind of problem i encounter ....

Recently i brought a gaming rig... The pc store guys assembled it !!!

Those idiots hit the mobo with a screw or something !! Lol ... Pc boots and works fine.

I hope this will not trouble me in the long run !!

What's your take on this bro ??

PS i think you are quite knowledgeable !! That's y asking !!

That, to me, just looks like a superficial scratch. Given the fact that it works without trouble now, I'd say it is safe to assume that it won't all of a sudden fail or develop some symptoms. I wouldn't really worry about it. Of course it's slightly annoying, but it doesn't do anything.

Yeah bro !!!

The build cost me more than 2000 dollars.( Including monitor)

Just being paranoid !!

Well, that's understandable. I was also paranoid that, for some reason, I had to force my AMD CPU in my motherboard, but it still works without flaw. :)

Enjoy your build!

Thanks bud !!

Appreciate  you help !!!

Made my day better :)

Have a nice weekend !!
