and when i play games with it wont pass 80-100 fps on high settings 1440p or 100-140  fps on extremely  low 1440p  on fortnite, modren warfare.

cpu usage below 40%

ram usage below 60%

gpu usage below 20%

i concted the nvidia live chat for help but they told my i have a bottleneck  qnd i need to upgrade  i have  b450 and r7 2700x  and 750w

Just a quick question what is your percentage of cpu usage while playing games/running a benchmark. If its 100% it means you're cpu limited and need and upgrade in that department.

Are you using a GPU riser cable?

Tell my tale to those who ask. Tell it truly; the ill deeds along with the good, and let me be judged accordingly.

look am kind of noob in this area hahah but i did  call l the Nvidia support and i did with them these steps                                                          1 downgrading using DDU
2 reinstall GPU to a different slot
3 reinstalled OS
4 did a stability test for an hour
5 change the power usage from the NVidia panel to maximum performance and enabled debug mode
6 updated bios

I picked up the exact same card a couple of days ago as well and just ran time spy to double check, I got a graphics score of 13501 so yours sounds about right.

My CPU score is 7559 on a mildly OC 3600xt though. I would have thought the 2700 would have been closer to this....

I just ran it the same at 1440p with every setting cranked + ray tracing and my average was 69fps.

Without ray tracing I got way higher - 106fps.

Guru3d has a CPU score in timespy for the 2700x of 9428.... Are all your cores on and hyperthreading  enabled?

Honestly I'm not sure then - but I would say the issue is more CPU than GPU.
