Aw Snap

Hello guys, so my cousin just told me that her google chrome always snaps and videos on  youtube are distorting. I also have tried installing firefox and still same issue. However, nothing's wrong with edge. The error STATUS_ACCESS_VIOLATION on Snap. After troubleshooting game Valorant also doesnt install. COD MW crashes and only dota 2 works. I did some troubleshooting and still no luck

1. Fresh reformat and tried to install 1660 ti driver only and google chrome - still same.

1. Replace RAM from 16gb singlestick to 8gb single stick (thats all i have)

2. Replace GPU to 1050ti and repeat process with number 1, still same.

3. reformat the ssd.

4. reformat hdd and installed os on it.

5. GPU driver is up to date.

6. Tried safe mode.

7. Windows update doesn't work for some unkown reason.

 

Here's specs of her PC.

Ryzen 5 3500x

Gigabyte b450m ds3h

16gb ddr4 3000mhz

Hikvision 256gb ssd nvme

1tb seagate hdd

MSI 1060 ti

 

Any thoughts with this on how we can fix the issue? Thanks

That’s what I was thinking as well. Do you also think it has got todo with bios update currently its on f50.
