Adaptative Sync or FreeSync

SnakeHaveYou

Hello all, i have a Radeon RX 5700XT with a Philips TV, 1920x1080 native resolution at 60Hz

I’m looking for this Monitor:

LG 32gn500

https://www.lg.com/my/monitors/lg-32gn500-b

https://www.displayspecifications.com/en/model/34fb2230

But i don’t know if i connect it with a DisplayPort cable, it will make use of the native Variable Refresh Rate of DisplayPort

Also, if i use HDMI with FreeSync, if a game runs at 50FPS the monitor will sync at 50Hz or there’s a limit of Hz on the monitor with FreeSync? Let’s say FreeSync works between 60Hz and 144Hz or it can work at any Hz?

Thanks!!
