HDR issue - RDR2, Crysis Remastered.

I have a problem with HDR in RDR2 and Crysis Remastered.

The image is way too bright, the colors goes wild. In other games I don't have this problem. What to do?

I checked Doom, Tomb Raider, ACC, Forza - HDR works fine. Only 2 games (RDR2, Crysis Remastered) do the problem.

I noticed that after exiting to the desktop from RDR2, the image is gray and washed out of color; I have to disable and enable HDR in windows settings to fix this.
