Weird Vertical Lines When Using Computer

Hi guys, I've been having this issue for the past couple of days when I use any web browser, there would be these vertical lines that show up randomly. Same issue when using google chrome, microsoft edge and watching videos from youtube and facebook. Could anyone let me point out any issue and how to solve it please. Thank You

 

I have tried to reinstall chrome, update all the graphics drivers and the problem still persist.

Playing games seems to be good as I dont see these lines.

if it's appearing in screenshots as well, it's likely bad hardware on the GPU side

 

tried DDU-ing and re-installing the gpu drivers?

render problems, drivers couldn't fix it?
Then it's a hardware problem, could try the older drivers.
