My first build,help needed

Budget (including currency): 1200 Euros, the cheaper the better

Country: Austria

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: 90% of the time for  programming, visual studio, maybe VM if i need it.

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc):

I have and low budget laptop not worth mentioning.

I can buy this or next week.

 - I need 32gb ram,and 1 tb ssd.

 - No need for rgb,

 - Dont care for brand.

 - Dont care for case.

Only gaming i do is league of legends, valorant and battlefield 1(not so often, with my laptop i  play on lowest resolution, lowest setting on 20-30 fps in online, sooo anything better then that is great).

 - I need it to be quiet,i would like not to hear the fans spinning like crazy.

-  I would like to support multiple monitors,i have 1x 1080p atm,but would like to upgrade to ultra wide 1440p or even 4k in the future.

I wish it the cpu to be somewhat good,to have faster compiling times,be abel to multitask without problem.

Wanted to buy new macbook,or some high end laptop, but they are all 1.4-2k euros around here,so i will rather build a pc for that.

You could go for a 3900X for an extra 100 Euros, which would be a faster CPU.

I was just joking, but knowing what you were on before and what you did with it helps greatly when it comes to giving advice on a purchase.
