Wobbly GPU fan

So my GPU fan started making a noise like a couple weeks ago. Its a wobbly fan watch the video The wobbly gpu fan u will see/hear the problem. its been bugging me so much but I don't think I'm capable of replacing the fan myself as it looks hard. any thoughts? is it bad enough to the point where I need to get a replacement. or is that fine and normal. oh and be my Gpu is the palit stormx 1660
