Pop in issues in multiple COD games

I am on PC and I experience pop in issues with textures and lighting on both Modern Warfare 2019 and Black Ops Cold War. This video demonstrates the issues I have been having : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-CfnJE7dhZ4

 

So far, I have tried reinstalling DirectX and using optimized settings through NVIDIA GForce, and neither of these attempts have worked. Everyone I play with says they don't have these issues, so it's not the games.

 

 

My PC build includes a 2080 Super GPU, a Ryzen 3700x CPU, and 16 GB of Ram.

Sorry mate but I can't see any problem in the video
