Front io

Within the last few months I have not been able to get my brand new pc's front audio output or my front mic input to work on my computer.  I have been trying everything I can think of to trouble shoot.  I have checked my drivers. I have restarted numerous times.  I have replaced my entire front io.  I have tried other headsets.  I have even replaced the motherboard.  I have made sure the cords are fully plugged in.  I have routed the audio cable away from the power supply.  However my rear audio ports work perfectly fine.  Any help would be greatly appreciated and I am willing to answer any questions that may help.

I have contacted Thermaltake and got shipped a new front io and contacted Amazon for a new motherboard I tried the new front io which didn't work and then tried the new motherboard which also didn't work.

Post some pics of the cable and connectors.

 

Its possible there is a bios setting for audio.

Well I was hoping for some better pics. I can't tell if you are plugged into the audio header or not. What model mobo is this?

 

And when you say you replaced the front io what exactly does that mean? Can you take a pic of your whole io panel.
