Budget (including currency): around $1000 usd

Country: USA

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: some steam games, not sure exactly what games yet

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc): I plan on running a 1080p 160hz monitor however this is not included in the budget.  I would like this pc to be amd based though.  I would like the pc build be aesthetically pleasing.  Also if the parts have rgb I would like to be able to co tell the RGB that way it's not a bunch of un-synchronized colors.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

EDIT: I'm sorry, II forgot to say that I would like a motherboard that supports WiFi.
