CPU clock speed dropping

So I have a i5 9600k and a MSI MAG Z390M Mortar. I overclocked it to 5.2 ghz and 1.34v, and I did some benchmarks to see if it was stable or not, and turned out that it was, but sometimes, when I play any game, it drops to 4.3ghz. It isn't a colling problem, because the temps stay in bellow 70 Cº. If anyone know how to solve the problem, pls explain me. Sorry if there is any error, English is not my first language.
