Can't boot into Windows

• 850W EVGA 80+ Gold
• PhanteksP400A
• DeepcoolWhite CPU Air Cooler
• ADATAXPG 3200MHZ 16 GB (8x2)
• WDBlack Sn750 500gb
• ASUS ROG B550-A (last November bios update)

So I've built my PC today. It booted and worked for an hour before crashing. However after crashing it continually rebooted and gave me an Asus Auto Repair and rebooting continuously. I tried unseating and reseating ram, gpu, and M.2 drive. I asked other discord servers and they told me to reinstall windows. I tired that but it didn't work. Then I proceeded to wipe my m.2 so I can have a fresh install. Still could not reload windows. I create two more media creation tool usbs, yet it doesn't work. Could I have faulty parts or some errors? Current state is that it posts/can access bios but won't load into windows media tool via usb.

I have another Samsung Evo M.2 coming just in case

also the date in the bios looks incorrect, it shouldn't make difference but you may want to reset bios to factory settings and change the time and date

So I did update bios and rest my CMOS multiple times. That should explain why my date is like that.

Update 2:

Talked to Asus Rep, they claim it's not mobo issue since I can post and boot into bios. Problem resides in my M.2 or boot usb (I have an 8gb USB and 16gb USB with Windows Media tool). Any suggestions?
