I have a Zotac RTX 2060 Amp Extreme and I'm getting about 56 fps average in Assassin's Creed Valhalla, which honestly is quite playable, until it crashed once. So I was wondering if I should overclock it to squeeze out more performance out of it? I've nvr overclocked before so I don't know how. 馃槄 if I simply used MSI afterburner's auto overclock feature and leave it, is that good enough?聽

You can overclock it for sure. You likely will get most out of your RAM. Best thing to do is download Heaven Benchmark, run it on loop and play with the sliders in Afterburner. Make sure you max temp and power limit sliders, you will gain a few FPS just from that. Then next biggest will be memory. You should be able to reliably do +500 to +750 on the memory. Core can be tricky. Try +50 first and see if it crashes. If not, keep incrementing it +15 and testing until you get crashes in Heaven. Then back it off and let it loop and see if its stable.聽

NOTE: Just because its stable in one thing, Heaven, does not grantee it will be stable in others. If you experience instability in AC:V, then try backing down the Core first 15 and then if continues, increments of 50 on the memory.聽

If I overclock it, should it stay overclocked? or can I go back to default settings every time I'm done playing?

also I believe a spec list would help reduce Bottlenecks
