Issues with Witcher 3, Error 0xc0000007

Every time i try to open the game i get the same error, tried to reinstall DirectX, visual c++, nothing worked. Tried to reinstall gpu drivers, didn't work. Tried to reinstall windows, didn't work. Same game install file works on other pc's as well. Doom Eternal, Detroit: Become human, as well as handful of other games that i have tried to install worked flawlessly. Does someone have a solution for this?

CPU: Intel Core i5 2500k

GPU: PowerColor RX 470 4GB

Ram: 2x8GB 1600Mhz
