graphics card fan vibrating

ok so my gpu fans are vibrating and just making ticking noises its very annoying to me so i would like to fix this quickly

 

the graphics card is an r9 280x http://www.msi.com/product/vga/R9_280X_GAMING_3G.html#overview

 

this only begin happening recently and i have no more ideas on how i could fix it.

i have already taken the card out to clean it and check if nothing is on the fans.

i have also tried to adjust the fan profile to se if there is a rage i can use it in without the noise but from 45% to 100% its ticking and making a lot of noise.

You should rma it as the fan vibrating will damage the motor, so best to rma before it breaks completely.

yeh that looks like my only option good thing i can take it back to umart and they will rma it for me at least
