Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc): 

So I currently am using a Alienware 14' laptop from 2011 runs most games with lowest settings. I'm at the point now that I want to play Escape from Tarkov I'm not having an issue with picking out the parts to go for I'm more or less just asking what graphics card I should use to run the game on the high end but not necessarily has to be the best settings if price is going to be an issue. My friends that play the game have RTX 2060

Well if you only want to ask about the GPU, the 2060 is actually a little bit over the top, but probably is the best price to performance option for games like this right now.´(at least by nvidia). The game itself recommends a GTX 1060 with 6 GB
