Hello, so I have had a computer for about a year now and it’s been working great until about two months ago. Ever since two months ago periodically my computer will just shutdown while gaming. This happens typically once every two days, however it can happen multiple times in a day or there could be a week break with no shutdowns. Twice it has blue screened but most of the time it just basically fully powers off. If anyone has any ideas on what to do I would really appreciate it.

Hello fellow gamer

I once had a problem like this. I was playing CS:GO and my computer just said NO and shut down. After restarting it this happend again and again and again. In my case, the GPU cooler was defect. Maybe you should have a look into your case while starting a game and see if every fan that sould spin is spinning. If there is a defect cooler, replace or repair it. If all of the coolers work as they should, I would suggest trying diffrent games and see if it has to do with one speciffic game or if this happens with every game.

Good Luck to you fellow gamer! And may your system remain cooled forever.

But now, fellow gamers, that was it for me. Please keep in mind, that this is just my personal opionion and I am no expert. Your system shall be cooled forever, see you next time.

This is a very good idea. I am assuming you know which programms to use for this?

Hi there! Full specs of your PC would be great there maybe few different culprits such as power supply, motherboard, graphic card or maybe your widows is messing things up.

I have an i9-9900k, Rtx 2080, a 650w psu, 32gb DDR4-2666
