What CPU should I get?

Budget (including currency): 100 or so US Dollars

Country: USA

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Call of duty warzone/Multiplayer

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc): I have a MSI Radeon RX 570 8 GB overclocked and a Intel i7-870. With the current set-up I get around 30-45 frames at the lowest visuals and at 1024 x 720 resolution . I hope to get 60+ at 1140p or planning on soon using a 1080p monitor. I am not sure what to get so I need some help. I also use a 1440p 60 Hz monitor.

Any new cpu you buy you'll need a new board and possibly memory.

 

That will put you well over 100 unless you find some dummy deal

Yes I forgot to add that I will be planning on getting a new MoBo and memory. I am currently running out of storage so I want to upgrade, but my GPU is covering 80% of my sata ports. That is a reason I want to upgrade.
