Hello,

I am planning on giving my computer to my wife and building a sff pc for myself. I can wait on deals and the Budget is a loose requirement.

I have never built a sff pc and wanted some help with getting a video card/ cpu cooler/ psu that fits in a nice looking sff pc case. I would like for the new computer to be nicer than my current computer (gtx1070, i5-8400, 32gb ram).

This is mainly a starting point I came up with please make any modifications you see fit.

Thanks for any help.

If the 3070 is a little overkill, waiting for a cheaper option like an RTX 3060 or something would be a compelling option.

I WILL find your ITX build thread, and I WILL recommend the SIlverstone Sugo SG13B

Primary PC:

i7 8086k - EVGA Z370 Classified K - G.Skill Trident Z RGB - WD SN750 - Jedi Order Titan Xp - Hyper 212 Black (with RGB Riing flair) - EVGA G3 650W - dual booting Windows 11 and Fedora Linux - Black and green theme, Razer brainwashed me.

Draws 400 watts under max load, for reference.

PSU tier list

How many watts do I need?

PSU misconceptions, protections explainedgroup reg is bad

That looks awesome thanks!

Side note: I like the cases like the ghost s1 although too expensive. Are there any other sff pc cases you would recommend? The smaller the better.

EDIT: Just saw your case recommendation. Will most gpu's fit in this?

Make sure you quote us so we can see your responses

The case I suggested will fit the 3070 FE, I don't know the dimensions of other cards but there's room for cards just under 270mm long so any cards below that size will fit
