New PC wont boot

So I bought a new PC assembled it and tried to boot it up. All the lights and Fans came on but nothing on the screen

 

I plugged everything out and in again still nothing. 

 

The EZ Debug LED says there is a boot issue. I think its a bios not being up to date. I followed a video on YouTube on how to flash it. 

Did everything copied to the root directory,named it MSI.ROM. The memory stick is formated to FAT32. Made sure it was the correct file.

 

Now when i tried to flash the bios all it does is blink for 3 seconds and then nothing. I left the memory stick in for 10 mins just to make sure but it looks like it didn't work and my pc wont boot.

 

What can I do? Please help

MSI B550 gaming Edge Wifi
Ryzen 5 5600X 
G.Skill Trident Z DDR4 3600 CL16
Msi R9 290 GPU

does it have a flash back button? Did you press it?

(this is a bios problem, mobos almost definitly dont come pre r5000 flashed yet)

Yes i did press it. I even took a screwdriver just to be sure it was pressed firmly.

I Solved the problem. The flash drive I used wasn't working with the motherboard for some reason. I went and bought a new one and it worked first try. Im so relieved.
