Dish network, flex pack?

So the price is $54.99, but it ends up $68 with Receiver rent fee+DVR fee. We have the starter pack from forever ago, it isn't even offered anymore. Plus locals are included, but are in addons too, not sure on why?

Any reason you don't just use a streaming service? It's cheaper, the video quality is usually better and there's no equipment to rent - just slap on a $40ish Roku/Chromecast/FireStick/AppleTV.
