AMD Wraith Prisim cooler

Hello, I just built my first PC and everything went pretty good except for this cooler ( and my pre-installed case fans but that is for another topic)   I plugged my CPU fan in to the CPU FAN header where it should go and plugged the RBG in to a USB header so I can have more control I think. Anyway the cooler does not work on the CPU FAN header.  I have to use the AOI PUMP header to get it to work.  Any ideas ??  what should I do if I decide to get an AOI cooler later ???

What are your system specs? Particularly mobo.

Also, make sure you plugged it into the fan header correctly, its really easy to be off a pin either direction.

And have you booted into bios ok, everything else is ok, just this fan?
