Hello,

Last month i made this post, explaining what was happening to my pc and what could be at fault.

the TL:DR for this post is, woke up, saw pc crashed on ram, wouldnt boot, bad artifacting in bios.

At this point noe i have not only bought a 2070 strix just to realize that it was not the gpu's fault, but i have also RMA'd my mobo. And when i got my mobo back today, the artifacting was still present in bios. it still will not boot, to any drive or even a recovery usb. it will not let me do a fresh install of windows either. So noe im wondering could it be cpu? possibly power supply and it just has been delivering dirty power? so confused. its been over a month now, and im tired of taking educated guesses at what the problem is. any help would be greatly appreciated.

Remove xmp/docp, set ram to auto. (should result in operating at 2133/2400mhz)

Try booting with one stick at a time, first one then the other. (turn off pc, unplug psu before removing/inserting ram for safety)
If those don't do it, I would suspect the cpu at that point.
