How to update rust server?

So whenever I try to join my rust server it says ''rejected due to incompatible ulink'', and apparently I have to update the server..The question is though, how the hell do I do that? I am NOT running a pirated copy of Rust

... That may be the issue, Rust does not allow locla hosting according to the WIKI

You could see if they have the firmware update somewhere on their website, otherwise you could send them an e-mail asking them what to do.
