Budget (including currency): Talking with my parents, they really want to limit me to around $1000 USD, but I'm attempting to convince them for a budget of around $1500 USD, and I think now is a good time to maybe take advantage of the Black Friday Deals if they affect the purchase is any way.

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for:

Mainly I'd like to use it for games, like CSGO, Warzone, Minecraft, but I also want to use it for daily activity like schoolwork and what not.   

 

Other details:

So far, I don't have any parts, but I do have keyboard, mouse, and headphones, and a HP N270h 27-inch Monitor, and I currently game on a Inspiron 5577 Signature Edition Laptop. Overall I want to buy it sometime soon / before Christmas. In Terms of resolution and refresh rate, I'm not all that sure how much it affects me, so if you're able to help, I guess dealers choice.
