Syncing my clipboard

i'm trying to sync the clipboard between my android phone and my PC, but i'm lost, i tried the app Alt-c at first, and it works when i copy something on the PC and paste it on the phone, but when i do the reverse, says it cant find anything on my phone, is there a way to do this with windows natively, like syncing my phone and pc together, i have the phone companion app for windows on my phone, but i dont see an option to do the clipboard thing, and when i look it up, it requires me like a completely different phone launcher, and i dont want to do that.
