Hey, to be honest I don't know anything about pc building, I just recently got involved in it. I want to build a pc mostly for gaming but pretty much have no idea where to start and what to buy for $1000. I don't really have parts I could use up, perhaps an MSI B450M MORTAR MAX if I can use it to cut budgets.I want it to be rather quiet if possible. I would also like to buy a monitor suiting the resolution and refresh rates my games could handle, I don't mind buying this over the budget, but if you have any builds that would include it in my budget it would be best. Also, I would like some tips on how to take good care of my pc as I am not very good with that. I am looking to buy in 3-4 months.

Any ideas would be appreciated and much thanks in advance, it really means a lot!!!
