monitor help!

so i have a second monitor for half a year now. and my second monitor just switched some colors. blue became green, green became blue, yellow became purple, and i dont know how to change it back

(i think its not the cable because the colors are switching only after boot)  

the monitor is a random samsung monitor model namber is p2250

 

my gpu is an rx 580 drivers are updated for both the gpu and the monitor

What is the make and model of your second monitor, I think that is very useful information to have wouldnt you think?
