6900 would this be a good enough monster for 6900XT and 5900X?

upgrading from a I7 2600, R5 240 1.5TB no SSD 12GB of ram and 1680x1050 monitor, this is going to be my rig in around September 2021, i also want to get insane frame rates around 144Hz 4K,

any ideas?also the 5900X is around 550$ and the 6900XT is 1000$ so dont go over 1450$ on the price if you upgrade this and send it to me

I have my doubts concerning vrm suitability for the 5900X.

 

I suspect the aio is going to be noisy as it trys to cope with the thermal load.

yea.... im planning on underclocking to not have to fight the fire y'know? either way it gonna be INSANE a small incremental downgrade on voltage/performance should actually make the CPU live longer and give me less headache also do you need better than A520 to underclock?
