Help my system won't post

No but seriously, I overclocked my memory to 3400mhz (default 3200) and I got a windows error and it stopped posting after that.
 

Here are the specs that you should probably know:

AMD Ryzen 7 3700x

MSI x570 Gaming Plus MoBo

G.Skill Trident Z RGB 16x2 DDR4-3200mhz 

 

Please help I spent way too much money on my system.

Reset cmos. Many ways to do but simplest is to take the battery out of the board and put it back in.

 

Also get outta here with that rickroll shit ain't got no time for that :p.
