RTX 3070 issue?

I have an Asus Strix 3070 card, and I have a problem trying to connect the fans to FanConnect 2 connector.  After connecting, in GPU Tweak II I do not have the option to control an external fan.  What could affect this?  Could it be a faulty video card?

I couldn’t find any post with similar problem.
